Edigitalschools is a Client-Server application for which technically Internet is not required but we suggest our client have an Internet connection so we can support them well using various desktop sharing software.

We certainly do. All new customers receive training as part of their initial setup. This can be fulfilled on campus or remotely. In addition, custom training is available as needed. Finally, periodic online training sessions are provided at no additional cost to our customers.

We have not able to estimate yet but according to our till date experience, it supports 5000 student records as Edigitalschools is working good with one of our clients after having 5000 records. One more thing technically the database will not crash as it is the SQL Server 2008.

Yes, and it is easily accessible. You can see the history of a student from the moment they join till they leave.

Yes, schools can have their logo and name with the software. Even they can import their own school picture with the Home screen of the Edigitalschools software. For Distributors after deciding the terms and conditions we prefer to replace our Brand Logo and Name with their required name.

Yes, we have a facility that we have to configure attendance machine with the software. We can attach BioMetric machine with the software and you can get attendance for student and staff, both with its different attendance reports.

Of course! You can go ahead and convert your reports as Excel or pdf formats. It’s a very helpful option since you can fully format and easily customize your reports, if needed.

Yes, More than 95% of the parents, staff and students carry a mobile phone everywhere. This means that Schools can reach to parents and students instantly reliably and in a cost effective way, in case of emergencies, on communicating quickly students’ progress information to parents, about parent teacher meetings, events, holidays, fee reminders etc… The SMS approach saves time and money for both parents and the management.
